Yorkville Sound Launches Paraline Compact Line Array System in New Design
Yorkville Sound, a leading manufacturer of professional audio equipment, has expanded its Paraline series with four new powered enclosures. The new lineup, designed for both ground stack and flown configurations, promises high power output, clarity, and flexible deployment options.
The new Paraline series features Tom Danley's patented Paraline Lens and Synergy Horn technologies, ensuring precise dispersion and optimal sound quality. The range includes the full-range PSA26 and PSA28, which boast 2x6" Neodymium drivers and 2x8" drivers respectively, offering a 120° horizontal x 10° vertical dispersion pattern.
The PSA15S and PSA18S, powered subwoofers, deliver 3000 Watts of peak power, providing powerful low-frequency reinforcement with SPL ratings of 137 dB and 135 dB peak respectively. They cover frequencies from 35 Hz up to 100 Hz or 40 Hz to 100 Hz, making them ideal for a variety of applications.
The new enclosures are built with rugged, high-quality construction, featuring neodymium drivers for efficiency and powerCON locking connectors for reliable input/output connections. They are also IP54 rated, making them suitable for outdoor use.
The versatility of the Paraline series allows it to adapt from small stages to flown touring systems. It includes rigging hardware suitable for suspension and stable stacking, although specific rigging hardware details for the Paraline series are not explicitly listed.
