Xiaomi, the renowned Chinese tech company, has unveiled a new product - the Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G. This innovative system is designed to purify and provide instant hot water, making it an ideal addition to any modern kitchen.
The Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G is a three-piece system consisting of a smart tap and under-sink units. The smart tap delivers hot water immediately, with temperature options up to 95°C. For room temperature water, the flow rate is 3.18L/min.
The system includes two under-sink units for purification and heating. The hot water dispensing flow rate is an impressive 1,000 ml/min. Users can adjust the temperature directly on the tap, and the smart faucet comes with a built-in display showing the TDS value and current settings.
The Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G uses advanced filtration technologies and offers adjustable temperatures up to around 95°C. It is priced at CNY 3,999 (around £400 or $555) in China.
However, as of August 2025, the Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G is currently only available in China. There are no official announcements regarding a European release date for this product yet, although a European launch might still be possible in the future.
Xiaomi has started launching some smart home devices like smart air conditioners and desktop fans in Europe recently. However, the Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G has so far only been confirmed for the Chinese market. Xiaomi's presence in European smart kitchen appliances currently includes other water dispensers but not this specific purifier yet.
The Mijia Instant Hot Water Purifier 1200G is an upgraded version of the Mijia Water Purifier S1 1200G, which gained attention due to its polished design and Zero Stale Water 3.0 technology.
