Hubstaff offers detailed tracking of time spent on tasks and projects, with GPS tracking, geofencing, and real-time productivity monitoring to identify workflow inefficiencies and employee progress. This feature allows teams to work more efficiently and effectively, ensuring that time is used productively.
Extensive Integrations
Hubstaff has strengthened its integration capabilities, supporting over 30 native app integrations including popular project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, and Basecamp. It also integrates with payroll systems such as PayPal, Wise, and QuickBooks, and offers Zapier integration to connect with more than 7,000 additional apps. The platform even allows requests for new integrations for uncommon tools.

The work orders and Jobs features aim to group client information in one convenient place, containing everything the team needs to know about a client. The new notification center allows users to modify notification settings and choose from a pre-set list of notifications or customize them to their liking. The integrated web timer allows users to start and stop time tracking directly from the task they are working on. Geofenced time tracking allows users to create a radius for their Job site, and whenever their crew enters or leaves, GPS technology will clock them in or out automatically.
