U.S. Army Consolidates Enterprise Software Contracts for Cost Efficiency and Speed

However, collective bargaining rights have been lost for federal employees at the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, following court decisions and executive orders [6][7].
