T2 introduces "Gigaback" - a revival of traffic share distribution in select categories
In a groundbreaking move, Russian mobile operator T2 has launched a new service called Gigaback. This innovative offering refunds a portion of spent internet traffic to customers in the form of gigabytes.
Gigaback isn't just another bonus or option, but a new concept that offers a fresh perspective on loyalty. It turns digital activity into additional benefits for each customer, making consumption a real resource.
Starting from September 17th, customers can choose categories for the remaining days of September and start accumulating Gigaback immediately. From the 25th of each month, they can choose categories for the next calendar month on the T2 mobile app or personal cabinet on the T2 website.
The service is available to subscribers of open tariff plans such as "Enough!", "My Online", "My Online+", "My Talk", "Everywhere Online", Black, and Premium. Customers can use their accumulated gigabytes for internet usage, exchange them, share with other subscribers, or sell on the "T2 Market".
Gigaback can be used on selected categories, which include messengers, social networks, online cinemas, and marketplaces. Calculation begins from the date of selection, and Gigaback is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous period. The maximum Gigaback volume is 50 GB per month.
Pavel Hainashvili, the responsible person for the introduction of the Gigaback service in Russia, stated that this isn't just an adaptation of current tariffs, but a rethinking of customer loyalty logic. The service is provided by LLC "T2 Mobile" with INN: 7743895280 and erid: 2W5zFHdWvDE.
