Sony's 'Ghost of Yotei' Launches in India with Major Day-One Patch

Sony has launched Ghost of Yotei, the highly anticipated PlayStation 5 exclusive, in India with a midnight launch at PlayStation stores in Delhi on October 2. The game, a sequel to the critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima, is expected to be one of the biggest PS5 exclusives of the year.

Ghost of Yotei is available in two versions: the Standard Edition for Rs 4,999 and the Deluxe Edition for Rs 5,599. Upon release, Sony encourages players, especially disc owners, to install the substantial joliet patch (Version 1.006) immediately. This patch aims to improve performance and fix various issues, making the gaming experience smoother.

The patch includes enhancements to photo mode, with new stamps and environmental particles added. Gameplay adjustments are also significant, with fixes for mini-games, duels, stealth kills, and mission progression. Additionally, camera behavior and weapon balance have been improved for a more polished experience. The patch also includes improvements to ray tracing, rendering, and crash reduction.

Ghost of Yotei, developed by Sucker Punch Productions under the direction of Nate Fox and Jason Connell, is now available in India. With its improved performance, enhanced gameplay, and polished experience, it promises to be a standout title for PS5 owners.
