Smart Slashes EV Prices: Up to $10,000 Off #1 and #3 Models
Smart has slashed prices for its #1 and #3 electric vehicles (EVs), with savings of up to $10,000 on offer. The move, aimed at boosting sales, sees the Pro+ and Premium variants of both models receive significant price reductions. The first deliveries are expected in September, adding to the local EV market's growing options.
The Smart #1 Pro+ now starts at $47,990, down from $54,900, while the Premium variant is priced at $54,990, down from $58,900. The top Brabus trim sees a reduction to $62,990 from $67,900. Similarly, the Smart #3 Pro+ now starts at $50,990, down from $57,900, with the Premium variant priced at $57,990, down from $61,900, and the Brabus trim at $69,990, down from $70,900.
Both models are powered by a 66 kWh battery pack, delivering ranges of between 400 and 440 km. The #1 Pro+ has a single motor producing up to 200 kW of power and 343 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. The #3 Pro+ and Premium variants are powered by a 200 kW motor, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 5.8 seconds. The Brabus variants of both models feature two motors delivering up to 315 kW of power and 543 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and 3.7 seconds respectively.
These clearance offer prices are available for cars ordered by 30 November and delivered by 31 December 2025. The price cuts represent a significant opportunity for customers to acquire these German-designed, Mercedes-Benz influenced EVs at a lower cost. With first deliveries expected in September, the Smart #1 and #3 models are set to make a notable impact on the local EV market.
