Singu takes control of net-residence
Singu, a leading CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) provider from Poland, has made its mark in the German market with the acquisition of Berlin-based net-haus GmbH. This move marks a significant milestone in Singu's expansion in the DACH region.
Peter Vollmer, Managing Director DACH at Singu, will lead the management of net-haus GmbH. With over 25 years of market experience, net-haus brings a loyal customer base to Singu, serving more than 600 customers.
The acquired company's software, named "Hausmanager", will be fully operated under the Singu brand. The Berlin office of net-haus will remain and serve as the main German headquarters, ensuring continuity for existing Hausmanager customers.
Net-haus has an experienced team with deep local knowledge, making it an ideal fit for Singu's growth strategy in the DACH region. According to Singu, this acquisition is a clear advancement towards a future-proof solution for existing Hausmanager customers.
This acquisition follows Singu's recent merger with Micad from the UK and is the second this quarter for the company. Singu aims to strengthen its presence in the DACH region through this acquisition, and together with net-haus, it aims to create a forward-thinking solution for the real estate and facility management industry.
For existing Hausmanager customers, there will be continuity in cooperation. The acquired company's software will be integrated into Singu's offerings, providing customers with enhanced services and solutions.
Peter Vollmer, who is also the new managing director of net-haus GmbH, is responsible for the integration and growth in the DACH region. He will continue to lead the management of net-haus GmbH, ensuring a smooth transition and continued success for the company.
