SBC Summit 2025 in Lisbon Sets New Records with 30,000 Attendees

Notably, 16 more countries sent representatives, with key decision-makers, including 5,969 CEOs and other C-level executives, making up nearly 6,000 attendees. The event's global reach was evident with representatives from cities like London, Madrid, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Toronto, and Dubai. This expansion was reflected in the exhibition setup, which included an Emerging Markets Stage. Tech Academies were introduced to educate attendees about important technologies and concepts within the industry. The event generated an estimated 72,000 room nights, with the wider economic impact still being assessed. SBC Managing Director Andrew McCarron and Marketing Director Denis Algreen have reviewed the event's numbers. They reported a 31% increase in operator attendance and a 38% increase in affiliate attendance. SBC Summit 2025, with its increased size and attendance, has solidified its position as a global event.
