In the Khabarovsk Krai, ongoing mobile internet service disruptions are causing inconvenience for local residents in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. According to reports by the 'Khabarovsk Krai Today' news agency, these disruptions are affecting all mobile operators in the city, including T-Mobile and T-Mobile US.

The disruptions are causing issues with the operation of payment terminals for cashless payments in public transport, as well as refusals in bank card payment terminals. This has led to the Administration of Komsomolsk-on-Amur recommending local residents to carry cash due to the temporary mobile internet service disruptions.

The press service of the City of Youth's mayor's office reported the current situation in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The mobile internet service disruptions are specifically affecting the operation of payment terminals in public transport.

To address this temporary issue, the region is testing a new technical scheme of 'white lists' for internet resources. Developed by the company LLC 'NIS KR' (НИС КР), these 'white lists' will operate during periods of temporary mobile service restrictions. Access to these 'white lists' will be provided automatically, without the need for additional user identification.

The purpose of the 'white lists' is to protect the population and critically important infrastructure. The Administration of Komsomolsk-on-Amur has stated that these mobile internet service disruptions are a temporary issue, and they are conducting internet speed tests to monitor the situation.

It's important to note that fixed-line internet and voice communication, including emergency services, continue to function during the mobile internet service disruptions. The Khabarovsk Krai is currently focusing on a 'digital' future, and these developments may be part of the region's ongoing digital transformation efforts.

The temporary mobile internet service disruptions in the Khabarovsk Krai began in May 2025. As the situation evolves, updates will be provided by the 'Khabarovsk Krai Today' news agency and local authorities.
