Renault Appoints New IT Director at Alpine
Renault Group has appointed Philippe Molle as the new IT director at Alpine, succeeding Pierre D'imbleval. Molle, a specialist in IT applications for engineering, brings over three decades of experience to the role.
Molle joined Renault Group in 1990 and has since held various leadership positions. In 2013, he was appointed director of IT planning resources, and in 2015, he became head of IT engineering. In his new role, Molle will oversee IT at Alpine Motorsports and steer the development of Alpine's information systems.
Gianluca Pivetti, with over 30 years of experience in engine development, has been appointed as Alpine platform global leader. Pivetti previously worked with Ferrari, Maserati, and most recently, Stellantis Motorsport. He will provide adequate support to Alpine teams on the use of information systems, ensuring the proper deployment and high performance of Renault Group's information systems projects impacting Alpine.
Molle's appointment as IT director at Alpine signals Renault Group's commitment to leveraging technology for enhanced performance. Pivetti's expertise in engine development further strengthens the Alpine team. The transition from D'imbleval to Molle is expected to ensure continuity and progress in Alpine's IT strategy.
