SignQuantum, a product of Quantum Software Solutions, is a Qatari technology innovation and research lab. MBK Holding, an investment holding company founded by H.E. Sheikh Mansoor Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, a member of the Qatari ruling family, oversees the lab's operations.

The rise in the digital signature industry is due to increased digital transformation, growing regulatory compliance demands, and the widespread shift to remote-first operations. As a result, the need for secure and reliable digital signature solutions has become paramount.

SignQuantum's technology integrates seamlessly with leading e-signature software, utilizing the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) primary-recommended post-quantum digital signature algorithm. This algorithm is essential for maintaining the security of digitally signed documents in the face of emerging quantum computers.

To further bolster security, SignQuantum leverages the quantum-resistant blockchain technology of QANplatform for immutable time-stamping. It is worth noting that after 2030, NIST will begin to deprecate current digital signature algorithms, meaning those algorithms will be considered insecure and will be unsupported. NIST has urged public and private institutions to begin adopting quantum-resistant cryptography before 2030.

The digital signature industry is projected to grow from USD 10.80 billion in 2025 to USD 118.88 billion by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 40.9%. SignQuantum's post-quantum security add-on prevents quantum computers from modifying digitally signed documents, positioning the company well for this anticipated growth.
