PPC Streamlines Global Content Production with Dalet Solutions
The Picture Production Company (PPC) has revamped its workflows with the help of Dalet solutions, including the AI-enabled Dalet Flex. This move aims to streamline production processes and manage content for nearly 90 territories worldwide.
PPC's localization process involves human review and correction, ensuring accurate representation of tone and intent. The company collaborates with global suppliers and in-territory translators, starting with English language transcripts.
Dalet Flex provides PPC with end-to-end content production and media supply chain workflows, including media asset management (MAM) and workflow orchestration across both London and Los Angeles offices. PPC's COO, Dave Chordia, reports that Dalet Flex has led to less internal noise and faster production processes. PPC manages content for nearly 90 territories worldwide using these localization workflows.
PPC has also integrated Wasabi AiR into their Dalet workflow for services such as transcription, particularly speech-to-text and text-to-text. Each office has its own specific workflow powered by Dalet Flex, tailored to meet the unique needs of the territory.
Dalet will be showcasing Dalet Flex and other solutions at the upcoming IBC Show. PPC's adoption of these solutions has resulted in improved production efficiency and expanded localization capabilities, benefiting both offices and the numerous territories they serve.
