Potential exhilaration surrounds the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Ultra, yet its potential release in 2021 appears uncertain.
Samsung's been hyping up the Z Fold Ultra, making us think it'd sit on top of the Z Fold 7. Given Samsung's Ultra lineup, it's safe to expect the device to be premium, with all the bells and whistles we crave in flagships: a sleeker design, resilient hinge, almost non-existent crease, large battery, AI overhaul, and enhanced camera. But it seems we'll have to wait a bit longer to get our hands on these features.
Max Jambor, a trusted insider, spilled the beans that Samsung might ditch the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra this year. Instead, he hinted that the Z Fold 7 will deliver an "Ultra" experience without the "Ultra" title. This comes after Samsung hinted at a book-style foldable with AI capabilities.
Samsung's gearing up for the release of the Z Fold 7 and the Z Flip 7 next month. Details are scarce, but rumors suggest that they'll unveil these babies at their Galaxy Unpacked event in New York on July 10. The gossips also point towards the Z Flip 7 relying on the Exynos chipset, while the Z Fold 7 might rely on the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.
As for the Z Fold 7, leaks suggest that it'll replace its 50MP primary camera with a 200MP sensor. It's also said to be slimmer and lighter than the Z Fold 6.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 might get significant display improvements, such as a new 4-inch cover screen and a massive 6.8-inch AMOLED panel.
