Position: Senior Product Designer II, Specializing in Segmentation
HubSpot is seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer II to join its Segmentation team. This role is critical in making HubSpot's segmentation tools best-in-class.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to drive the strategy and vision for the product, co-owning a significant part of it from Day 1. They will work alongside other designers, content designers, researchers, and design ops folks, forming a diverse UX team of over 200 members.
The Senior Product Designer II will be responsible for shaping the future of segments at HubSpot, transforming the Lists product into a powerful, AI-enabled audiences platform. This transformation is a key focus for the team, aiming to refocus the core Lists product towards a potential AI-driven Audiences platform.
The role offers a competitive cash compensation package, which includes base salary, on-target commission, annual bonus, and potential equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) for eligible roles.
