Commure/Athelas, a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company backed by top investors, is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer. With a minimum of five years of production software engineering experience under their belt, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Python and possess a strong product engineering sense.
The role, which can be performed remotely, demands versatility across frontend and backend development. Candidates should be adept at working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Python, and have a basic understanding of cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and cycles is essential, as is a can-do builder attitude and the ability to identify opportunities to improve the current process.
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is experience on greenfield projects – building and shipping products from scratch. Prior to the merger, Commure and Athelas had independently grown more than 500% YoY for three consecutive years.
