PokerStars Launches Fast-Paced Zoom Poker on Mobile
PokerStars has introduced Zoom Poker, a fast-paced poker variant that's gaining traction among players. This new format, known as 'Zoom login', allows for quick, continuous action and is now available on the PokerStars mobile client.
To access Zoom Poker, players simply need to select the corresponding filter in the PokerStars main lobby. Once in the 'Zoom meeting' lobby, players can filter games by type, limit, and stakes. The lobby also offers a 'Quick Fold' button, enabling players to move on to the next hand swiftly.
Zoom Poker supports various poker variants, including No Limit/Fixed Limit Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, and Five Card Draw. Players can choose their buy-in amount and the number of tables they want to play at, up to a maximum of four. The limits range from $0.02 to $5, with more limits and PlayMoney options coming soon. On average, players can expect to play around 200 hands per hour at one table.
Third-party software like Holdem Manager 2 and Poker Tracker 4 support Zoom Poker statistics, allowing players to track their performance and make informed decisions.
