Partnership Formed: OneAdvent Conserves Collaboration with Diesta

In a move aimed at stabilising the funding situation and supporting the next phase of growth for INSHUR, a global provider of insurance solutions for the on-demand economy, the company has partnered with Diesta for payment automation.

The collaboration between Diesta and INSHUR will integrate Diesta’s dedicated payment operations platform into INSHUR’s services, enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and scalability of premium processing for Managing General Agents (MGAs) across the INSHUR platform.

Key benefits of this partnership include automated reconciliation and remittance logic, real-time visibility and structured insights on premium cashflows, accelerated premium reconciliation, and clearer reporting trails. These enhancements are designed to optimise cashflow for MGAs, brokers, commission partners, and carriers, directly supporting MGA growth by minimising friction in payment processes, improving operational clarity, and enabling scalable premium management.

The integration of Diesta’s platform into INSHUR’s services is expected to transform payment operations for the company, making it a more efficient and agile player in the insurance industry.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, OVHcloud and the Alchemy Crew hosted a startup-investor event on 24 January, where ten FinTech and InsurTech startups presented their ideas to investors, corporate delegates, and other interested parties. The event, which aimed to foster collaboration between startups and investors, provided a platform for innovative ideas to be showcased and discussed.

As the industry continues to grapple with the aftermath of the problems faced by SVB, the HSBC deal is hoped to provide a much-needed boost to the funding situation for many companies in the sector. The future of funding remains a hot topic, and collaborations such as the one between Diesta and INSHUR are expected to play a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry.
