In a significant move, WealthAI, a London-based AI operating system for wealth managers, family offices, private banks, and asset managers, has formed a partnership with MDOTM, an AI-driven investment solutions provider. This collaboration aims to integrate MDOTM’s AI investment platform, Sphere, directly into the WealthAI Marketplace.
The partnership expands AI-driven investment capabilities for advisors and wealth managers by offering advanced tools for portfolio construction and optimization. Sphere uses unbiased AI insights to convert complex market data into actionable portfolio and risk alignment strategies.
One of the key features of Sphere is its Portfolio Studio, which enables users to create, personalize, and rebalance thousands of portfolios at scale while controlling tracking error. This mass customization and scalable portfolio rebalancing are designed to meet the advisor's objectives and strategies.
Moreover, Sphere’s StoryFolio leverages generative AI to produce personalized, portfolio-specific commentaries and investment reports. This feature simplifies communication for advisors and clients by automating the reporting process.

The integration of Sphere into the WealthAI platform allows wealth managers and financial advisors to access these advanced AI tools for portfolio construction and optimization directly within their workflows. This collaboration enhances wealth managers’ ability to deliver personalized, compliant, and efficient investment solutions through AI, helping them make data-driven, scalable decisions with sophisticated technology seamlessly integrated into their existing platforms.
MDOTM made its platform debut at our platform Europe 2025 in London, New York, and Milan, Italy. The report notes that wealth managers and financial advisors have been slow to embrace AI, with more than 40% of investment managers believing they are "lagging behind" in AI use. However, this partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of AI in the wealth management sector.

Sphere provides personalized, easy-to-understand portfolio commentaries and reports featuring both macro and market analysis on the current financial environment.

MDOTM teamed up with EY to produce a report titled Artificial Intelligence: The Value is in Scale, which reviews the primary use cases for AI in wealth management. The report reinforces findings from other European experts on the "experimentation to execution" transition key to successful and evolving use of AI in wealth management.
