The tech giant OnePlus has expanded its wearable lineup with the introduction of the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm. This latest addition brings a host of new and upgraded features aimed at both health and wellness, as well as deeper integration with Google’s ecosystem.
The OnePlus Watch 3 43mm boasts a sleek design made of stainless steel, available in Black Steel and Silver Steel colourways. The watch features a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with up to 1000 nits of brightness, offering a clear and vibrant view.
One of the standout features of the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm is the Mind & Body Evaluation. This upgraded wellness feature offers comprehensive health monitoring, including a real-time barometer to evaluate your body’s level of fatigue every 30 minutes. It also provides Mind and Body Trend Analysis, helping users track their wellbeing and cultivate healthier lifestyle habits. The Mind & Body Evaluation feature uses HRV (heart rate variability) and other factors to evaluate mental wellbeing.
The OnePlus Watch 3 43mm offers 360° Health Tracking, including Sleep Breathing Risk Detection, Heart Rate Monitoring, Blood Oxygen (SpO2) Monitoring, and a Cycle Tracker for menstrual tracking. This allows users to estimate periods, ovulation, and fertile times.
For fitness enthusiasts, the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm offers Pro-Level Fitness Tracking with 11 modes and a Fat Burning Evaluation feature, helping users optimize their workouts.
The watch also includes a Real-Time Status Barometer, continuously assessing your physical status, providing insights into stress and fatigue. This complements the Mind & Body Evaluation feature.
The OnePlus Watch 3 43mm runs on the Wear OS 5 platform, supporting Google Play Apps, Google Wallet, and seamless ecosystem connection for Android users. It also allows short video control from the watch. The watch's battery life is impressive, offering up to 60 hours in smart mode.
While there is ongoing speculation about Google’s Gemini AI initiatives, there is no official mention of an "upcoming Gemini" as a distinct feature or service for the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm. However, it is expected that Gemini may eventually roll out to Wear OS devices for enhanced smart assistant functionality.

The smaller size of the OnePlus Watch 3 was released in response to feedback from the OnePlus community, making it 28% lighter than the regular model. The watch comes with a fluroelastomer strap and features video watch faces. It is powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 and has an IP68 protection rating.
