HydroGraph Appoints Nuclear Industry Expert Kerry D. Landis to its Board of Directors
HydroGraph Clean Power Inc., a leading producer of pristine graphene, has announced the appointment of Kerry D. Landis to its board of directors. Landis, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the nuclear power industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Landis has served as a Qualified Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer, with deployments under NATO and U.S Navy nuclear submarine operations. He retired at the rank of Commander. In addition to his military service, Landis has worked as a nuclear safety consultant, Chairman, member, and senior manager in various nuclear safety committees and regulatory bodies.
Landis's extensive background in the nuclear industry is not his only qualification. He has also been a member of regulatory and safety committees in companies including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and multiple nuclear utility companies, although specific company names are not publicly detailed.
Landis's connection with HydroGraph began when he expressed excitement about working with the company to commercialize applications and realize graphene's full potential as a nanomaterial. His interest led him to acquire approximately 9.3 million HydroGraph shares and 1.0 million warrants to acquire HydroGraph shares, which he obtained through direct and indirect purchases made since the Fall of 2022.
