Neighborhood Hosts, Inc., a NYC-based hotel and Airbnb management company with a remote team, is seeking a Guest Services Agent. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or Airbnb guest services and be able to work independently after a week's training.
The role involves handling guest inquiries, confirming and responding to booking requests, and providing overall guest support. Applicants must possess a calm demeanor, quick wit, and the ability to multitask. A solid internet connection is also crucial for this remote position.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $1,250 to $2,500 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 paid sick or family leave days, 7 public holidays, and $2,000 education credits. Employees also enjoy flexible holiday choices.
The work schedule is from Monday to Thursday, 12pm - 8pm NYC time, with call and message monitoring required on Friday to Sunday. While not mandatory, experience in social media, sales and marketing, real estate research, or proficiency in Spanish, Hebrew, or German is welcomed.
