Naizak ICT & ByteBridge Form Joint Venture to Boost Saudi Hyperscale & AI Infrastructure

Naizak ICT and ByteBridge have joined forces in Saudi Arabia, signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a joint venture. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate the growth of hyperscale clients and AI-driven data centers across the region.

Rami Abu Zaid, General Manager at Naizak ICT, stressed the role of this joint venture in meeting the increasing demand for hyperscale and AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Mohammad K. Al Abdulkarim, Chief Strategy Officer at Naizak Global Engineering Systems, highlighted the partnership's significance for Naizak and the Kingdom's digital future.

The new entity, involving Groq and backed by a $1.5 billion investment from Saudi Arabia and Aramco Digital, will serve as a platform for global hyperscalers and enterprises entering the Middle East market. It will also enable Saudi and regional companies to expand overseas. Sundeep Raina, Director of Sales at ByteBridge, noted that the joint venture will empower hyperscalers and enterprises in the region to accelerate their AI and data center strategies.

Naizak brings strong local presence, engineering capabilities, and market knowledge to the venture, while ByteBridge contributes global expertise in AI-ready infrastructure, liquid cooling, HPC networking, and deployment services.

The joint venture reflects both companies' commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and positioning the Kingdom as a digital transformation hub. Marvin Cunanan, Co-Founder of ByteBridge, stated that this partnership marks an important milestone in ByteBridge's expansion in the Middle East.
