It can generate meeting agendas, track decisions, and convert discussions into actionable tasks. Meanwhile, a new knowledge agent in SharePoint automates site clean-up and streamlines content management.
Microsoft is positioning AI as a team member rather than just a tool. These AI agents are designed to participate actively in business processes, maintaining context across conversations, meetings, and project lifecycles. For instance, the Project Manager agent integrated with Microsoft Planner can generate project plans and monitor progress across multiple workstreams.
