Limited Edition Pro Plus Pure Metal collection expands with the addition of Warrior, King V, and Concert Bass, delivering a relentless metallic tone and lasting speed by Jackson.

Jackson, a renowned name in the world of electric guitars, has unveiled a new series that promises uncompromising performance, powerful tone, and a bold visual style. The Pro Plus Pure Metal Phase II series includes the Warrior, King V, and Concert Bass models, each designed for serious amateurs and professional players.

Key Features

All three models are equipped with a single Fishman Fluence Modern humbucker at the bridge, offering a versatile tonal range from clean to molten distortion without noise. They feature 24 jumbo stainless steel frets on a 12"-16" compound radius ebony fretboard, designed for fast and comfortable playing.

Each guitar has a solid poplar body with a neck-through design. The necks are three-piece mahogany or maple (the latest Phase II models use maple), with graphite reinforcement for stability and sustain, optimized for speed. The series is equipped with a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo system for extreme dive bombs and tremolo effects with tuning stability.

The instruments are offered only in gloss black with cream binding and the Jackson logo in cream, providing a distinctive but minimalistic metal look. Luminlay side dot markers and sharkfin inlays complete the metal aesthetic.

Individual Models & Prices

  • The Warrior (WR1A), designed for speed, is priced at $1,469 / £1,399.
  • The King V (KV1A), combining fast performance with the classic King V metal shape, also retails at $1,469 / £1,399.
  • The Concert Bass, a bass guitar version in the same series, does not have an explicitly listed price but aligns with the guitars' pricing bracket.

The Concert Bass

The Concert Bass shares a Countdown To Extinction-era Megadeth vibe, featuring a four-saddle HiMass bridge for maximum sustain. The electronics offer a coil-split on the volume knob, a two-band EQ on a stacked concentric knob, and a three-way mini-toggle for Fishman's alternate voicings.
