Lilly Pulitzer & Badgley Mischka Team Up for Designer Dress Collection
Lilly Pulitzer and Badgley Mischka have joined forces to release a seven-piece capsule collection of dresses, marking Lilly Pulitzer's debut in designer collaborations. The collection is available at Spring Market, both brands' ecommerce sites, select Lilly Pulitzer stores, and Badgley Mischka's two boutiques. The collection, priced between $485 and $715, comes in sizes 0 to 16. It incorporates beadwork and silhouettes signature to Badgley Mischka, with a new floral print called Garden Grove celebrating Lilly Pulitzer's 65th anniversary. Badgley Mischka, currently licensed to InterLuxe Holdings for apparel, has shifted its marketing strategy towards influencer partnerships and is considering expansion into new categories. Lilly Pulitzer, sold to Oxford Industries Inc. in 2010, has previously collaborated with brands like Southern Tide and Disney, and had a popular collection with Target in 2015. Despite a 9% revenue decrease in the third quarter of 2023 to $76.3 million, the brand remains the second largest for Oxford Industries. The Lilly Pulitzer x Badgley Mischka capsule collection is a significant step for both brands, combining Lilly Pulitzer's vibrant prints with Badgley Mischka's signature elegance. It is available at various retail points and online platforms.
