L&G Climate Technology GmbH, a Nordhorn-based company specialising in air conditioning and climate technology, is expanding. The company, founded in 2015, is building a news headquarters in the Klausheide-Ost industrial area, set to be completed by September 2023. The move from its current GIP location is planned for early 2024.
The new complex will span approximately 3,000 square meters, with an additional 1,500 square meters reserved for future growth. It will comprise a 600 square meter warehouse and a 320 square meter office building. The location offers easy access for employees and customers, a high-speed fiber optic connection, and ample space for the company's continued growth.
The company's founder remains unidentified, but its success has been acknowledged by Mayor Thomas Berling and Economic Development Officer Karsten Müller. They praised L&G Climate Technology GmbH as a testament to Nordhorn's entrepreneurial spirit and economic prosperity. The company currently employs 10 people, including its two managing directors, and plans to hire more as it expands.
L&G Climate Technology GmbH's news headquarters, situated between the Ernst-Heinkel-Straße and the B213, is expected to be ready by the end of September 2023. The company's relocation from GIP to Klausheide is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. This move reflects the company's rapid growth and commitment to Nordhorn's industrial development.
