The upcoming launch of Knabe Kola, scheduled for August 8th, is a testament to this ongoing partnership. Nils Rosenkranz, Marketing Director of Krombacher's subsidiary Drinks & More, has expressed his excitement about the launch.

HandOfBlood, also known as Knabe, is a multifaceted entity, operating show formats such as the Influencer Darts WM, the fashion brand Corrupted Blood, and the sports club brand Eintracht Spandau. The latter is a joint venture involving Knabe and the advertising agency group Jung von Matt.

While the specifics of how the collaboration between HandOfBlood and Krombacher came about are not clear, it's quite possible that Jung von Matt played a role in facilitating it.

Krombacher, too, has embraced the social-first approach in its campaigns, as evidenced by the recent Spielwiese action and its reliance on this strategy for its main brand.

The brand design of HandOfBlood reflects an 80s/90s affinity, which seems to resonate well with its target audience, aged between 20 and 44 years old.

In the lead-up to the Knabe Kola launch, a 24-hour techno rave was hosted in Berlin, streamed on the HandOfBlood Twitch channel. The event featured 25 DJs, some from the Berlin scene, and surprise guests.

The drink itself, Knabe Kola, will be accompanied by a series of activations. In a nod to American marketing from the 90s, a spot featuring Max Knabe and influencers will be played on Twitch starting in August.

Instinct3, the team behind HandOfBlood, collaborates more intensively with significant and large partner companies. This collaborative approach has allowed them to create unique and engaging experiences for their audience.

It's clear that the partnership between Knabe and Krombacher is a successful one, and the launch of Knabe Kola is just the latest example of their synergy. As they continue to work together, we can expect to see more innovative and exciting projects from these two dynamic brands.
