Introducing a new oversight body within our organization

The new Supervisory Board includes Wilko Stark, who has taken over as Chair. Stark, a former member of the Divisional Board of Management Mercedes-Benz Cars, Purchasing and Supplier Quality, and former Product Strategy Lead at VW AG, brings extensive automotive industry knowledge to the role.
Joining Stark are Robert Jeffe, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Associated Bank Corp and Senior Partner at BlackWatch Advisors LLC; Martina Buchhauser, a former Chief Procurement Officer and management board member at Volvo Cars; Johannes Trischler, a Senior Legal Counsel at the company's GmbH, and an employee representative; and Sebastian Böttger, the Founder and CEO of NeLeSo GmbH, and a Community representative.
Buchhauser, who has become Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, has a strong background in procurement and management, making her a valuable addition to the board. Jeffe brings financial expertise, while Trischler and Böttger represent the company's employees and community.
Sono Group's solar technology aims to reduce the impact of CO2 emissions in transportation by extending vehicle range, reducing fuel costs, and promoting climate-friendly mobility.
