Instant peer-to-peer (P2P) payments becoming available via RevoluPAY, using Visa Direct technology through RevoluSEND.

In a significant move towards digital payments, Visa and RevoluPAY have announced a partnership to launch Visa Direct, a solution for instant person-to-person money transfers through RevoluSEND. With this partnership, RevoluPAY clients can now send and receive money instantly to a card or account directly within the application. To initiate a transfer, users need to complete a form with the Visa card or account numbers of the intended recipient and confirm the transaction.

Eduardo Prieto, Country Manager of Visa in Spain, stated that Visa is at the forefront of developing innovative technology for faster and secure person-to-person money transfers. He added that this solution is a part of a growing trend among consumers favouring digital payments and seeking new methods for seamless money transfers.

The Visa Direct platform is operational throughout the European Economic Area due to Visa's global network and RevoluPAY's technology and license.
