Homerun Resources and Igraine PLC Form Strategic Partnership for Rapid-Deployment EV Charging Solutions in the UK

Homerun Resources Inc., a vertically integrated materials leader revolutionizing green energy solutions, and Igraine PLC have announced a strategic partnership to develop and deploy rapid-deployment electric vehicle (EV) charging and battery storage solutions in the UK. The collaboration will focus on the commercial EV sector, with a pilot project aimed at one of the UK's largest automotive manufacturers.

The partnership aligns with Homerun’s vertically integrated energy transition strategy and aims to leverage Igraine’s established UK market presence to open new demand channels for EV charging deployment. The projects are designed for rapid deployment, avoiding long planning timelines associated with major infrastructure projects.

Project Details

The collaboration will concentrate on developing pilot projects for EV charging infrastructure integrated with battery energy storage systems (BESS). The initial focus is on developing a pilot for one of the UK's largest automotive manufacturers. Technical and commercial leadership for the project will come from Igraine's Andy Brown, who brings over 30 years of battery storage experience.

Timeline

The partnership and pilot project were announced on August 5, 2025. The current framework agreement is non-binding financially but sets the stage for future commercial terms and scaling as specific opportunities develop.

Potential Clients

The initial pilot targets one of the UK's largest automotive manufacturers, indicative of a focus on commercial automotive clients seeking reliable EV charging infrastructure. No further specific timelines or additional client identities have been disclosed publicly as of the announcement date.
