FOR-A America Appoints Jo Aun as Senior Manager of Product Engineering
FOR-A America, a leading provider of broadcast and video technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Jo Aun as Senior Manager of Product Engineering. In his new role, Jo Aun will report directly to President and Chief Operating Officer Satoshi Kanemura.
Jo Aun brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having supervised international system integrations for notable clients such as the New World Symphony and large-scale U.S. houses of worship. His leadership will be instrumental in delivering practical, forward-looking, and customer-focused solutions for FOR-A America.
In addition to his new role, Satoshi Araki has joined FOR-A America as Product Manager, IP. Araki was previously at FOR-A Corp.'s Japan headquarters, leading systems integration of all IP-related products. The addition of Araki to the team will further strengthen FOR-A America's focus on IP-based platforms like the FOR-A Impulse live production system and Hi-RDS resource sharing software.
Jo Aun's background includes global system integration and familiarity with FOR-A technology. Prior to his most recent role as a system consultant specializing in IP and cloud solutions at Riedel Communications, Jo Aun held the position of Deputy Sales Engineering Manager at FOR-A Corp. in Tokyo.
In his new role, Jo Aun will be based in FOR-A's Cypress, Calif., office and will serve as a liaison between FOR-A's U.S. operation and its Tokyo headquarters. He will oversee the entire product life cycle at FOR-A, from concept to post-sales support, and will lead engineering activities, manage system integrations, and support the training of U.S.-based staff.
President and Chief Operating Officer Satoshi Kanemura praised Jo Aun's technical depth and customer experience, stating that Jo Aun's technical vision will align with global business objectives. Furthermore, Jo Aun will ensure customer feedback directly informs product strategy, demonstrating FOR-A's commitment to providing solutions that meet the specific needs of its customers in the U.S. market.
