In this picture people are here for some meeting. In this we can see a person holding microphone and saying something and we have spectators and behind him we have some person may be his teammates wearing id cards and we can see a presentation and there is a video player and it seems like vacant office space.

Extron's ConferenceShare Boosts Remote Collaboration

Extron's ConferenceShare, a software solution for enhanced collaboration, has been introduced. It enables access to USB devices connected to the ShareLink Pro Wired and Wireless Presentation System, expanding wireless sharing capabilities to remote locations via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

ConferenceShare, developed by Extron, was first presented at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in February 2019 and later made available to end-users. It works with ShareLink Pro software and units to share content and local USB camera or microphone audio with remote participants using Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The software also supports integration with Microsoft 365 Calendar for streamlined UC meeting connections. A LinkLicense is required on the ShareLink Pro unit connected to the USB room devices for ConferenceShare to function.

Extron's ConferenceShare, introduced in 2019, facilitates collaboration by integrating local room cameras and microphones into unified communications meetings. It allows video and audio captured by in-room USB devices to be shared with laptops during Microsoft Teams or Zoom meetings, with support for Microsoft 365 Calendar integration.
