Here's a fresh take on the article:

Cutting-Edge Partnership: Terminal Energia and Vonk Technologies Join Forces

In a game-changing move, Terminal Energia has clinched a deal with Vonk Technologies, a pioneering Estonian company excelling in charging solutions for electric vehicles. This partnership sees Terminal taking over Vonk's electric car charging business, encompassing both public and private chargers, marking a pivotal step in Terminal's expansion of their charging network.

Although Vonk has opted to discontinue its direct operation of chargers and end-customer charging services, they'll continue to collaborate with Terminal to deliver combined charging solutions along with LukuExpert lock systems.

Riho Ever, a member of Vonk Technologies' management board, shares his excitement about Terminal's breakthrough charging solution, stating, "We've witnessed a groundbreaking innovation that presents added value to electric car owners and tackles numerous issues regarding fair cost-sharing in apartment buildings related to electricity." Companies offering such solutions, according to Ever, can only do so if they also sell electricity.

He further dwelt on Terminal's innovative offerings, such as the ability for customers to take their home electricity tariff with them while on the go, optimizing fixed electricity prices for their households during car charging sessions. Terminal's solution also supports home charging for work cars, thereby avoiding double VAT. Ever concludes by emphasizing that partnering with Terminal will enable customers to enjoy a wider range of services.

Kuldar Assmann, another member of Terminal Electric's management board, expresses his enthusiasm for collaborating with Vonk, noting the potential of Vonk's public chargers to complement Terminal's existing network, particularly in expanding charging options. Assmann highlights that these new points will boost Terminal's full-service energy concept by offering additional electricity sales points.

Terminal Energia, a leading full-service energy provider in the region, has been developing its electricity sales services for years. Their latest innovation involves linking home electricity use with electricity use on the go. By focusing on seamless integration of energy services, Terminal aims to reinvent the concept of electricity consumption.

As of now, Terminal Energia is the first full-service energy provider in the region to bring together all energy carriers, offering motor fuel, electric car charging, household electricity, and food in bundles. The public chargers installed by Vonk have been integrated into Terminal's charging network. Customers can now recharge their vehicles using a Terminal payment card or the Cloudics mobile app, which requires bank card details. With 115 charging nodes already in operation, the parties have decided to keep the deal value confidential.

Vonk Technologies OÜ and Luku-Expert OÜ commenced their electric vehicle charging service five years ago, providing customers with chargers along with smart lock and access solutions. Their focus has been on setting up charging points not only in apartment buildings and private homes but also in office blocks and public car parks.

AS Terminal, the family-run sister company to Vonk Technologies, was established as Tartu Naftabaas in 1968. The company currently operates two liquid fuel terminals in Estonia, serves as a wholesaler of liquid fuels, produces and sells electricity, offers an electric charging service for vehicles, and operates 46 manned and self-service fuel stations across Estonia, employing over 300 people.
