CUPRA Unveils Electric Raval Compact Car, Set to Redefine EV Segment
CUPRA has revealed a camouflaged version of its upcoming electric compact car, the CUPRA Raval, in Munich. The car is set to redefine the compact EV category and democratize electric mobility in Europe.
The CUPRA Raval is built on the Volkswagen Group's MEB platform, offering a striking design and engaging driving experience. Its camouflage features a stylized map of El Raval, Barcelona, paying homage to its urban roots.
Markus Haupt, Interim CEO of CUPRA, has hailed the Raval as a gamechanger in the compact electric cars 2025 segment. The Raval is the first vehicle in a new family of four electric compact cars, designed to make electric mobility more accessible in Europe. Production will begin in Spain, strengthening the country's role as an electromobility hub. The Raval is scheduled for an official launch and market introduction in Germany in 2026, with the first vehicles reaching dealers soon after its spring debut.
The CUPRA Raval, inspired by the dynamic district of El Raval in Barcelona, is set to transform the best electric cars 2025 landscape. With its striking design, engaging driving experience, and accessible pricing, the Raval is poised to make a significant impact on Europe's electric mobility scene.
