CrowdStrike and Cohesity have expanded their partnership, aiming to bolster cybersecurity resilience. The collaboration, announced by Daniel Bernard, CBO of CrowdStrike, and Craig Martell, CTO of Cohesity, focuses on elevating threat detection and response in today's evolving threat landscape.

The integration combines Cohesity's data protection capabilities with CrowdStrike's threat intelligence feeds. This union provides enterprises with advanced tools to reduce risk by streamlining threat intelligence and response efforts. Cohesity's clean room design and integrated tooling offer specialised forensic capabilities, allowing for safe analysis of malware and breach investigations without compromising the broader IT environment.

CrowdStrike's 2024 Global Threat Report underscores the shift in tactics by cyber adversaries, such as credential harvesting and exploiting vulnerabilities. To counter these threats, the partnership leverages NVIDIA's AI and GPU technologies, enhancing data management and accelerating data-driven insights. The integration between Cohesity Data Cloud and CrowdStrike Falcon Adversary Intelligence enables customers to identify threats in backup copies with higher fidelity and accuracy.
