Brex and DoorDash Partner to Offer DashPass Membership to US-Based Cardholders
In a move to enhance the perks and benefits offered to its cardholders, Brex has partnered with DoorDash for Business. This partnership offers DashPass membership to US-based Brex cardholders, providing a range of benefits for both business and personal orders.
Starting now, subtotal minimums will be identified for each DashPass eligible merchant on DoorDash. Cardholders can activate DashPass directly in their Brex dashboard, enjoying $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on eligible orders, as well as earning 5% back in DoorDash credits on eligible Business Profile orders.
The DashPass membership and benefits are available for workplace orders and personal use. Brex cardholders will also receive exclusive promotions from DoorDash, making their food delivery experience even more rewarding.
Employers who offer Brex cards can extend DashPass as a benefit for their teams. Katie Egan, General Manager at DoorDash for Business, stated that the service is focused on providing modern, cost-effective perks to enhance employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention.
Through the Brex partnership, DoorDash for Business aims to make it easier for employers to maximize their budgets and support employees both at work and in personal life. The partnership was announced in May 2021 and has been a leader in food delivery among Brex customers since 2020.
It's worth noting that DashPass benefits apply only to eligible orders from DashPass merchants that meet the minimum subtotal requirement, excluding fees and taxes. Other fees (including service fee), taxes, and gratuity still apply.
In addition, Brex cardholders will receive discounted Lyft rides, adding another layer of convenience to their everyday lives. Nearly a third of Brex cardholders used DoorDash in 2024, underscoring the popularity of this service among Brex users.
