BMW M5 Concept Unveiled: 600 HP Powerhouse Awaits Frankfurt
BMW has given a sneak peek of its upcoming M5 Concept ahead of its official debut at the Shanghai Motor Show. The car, essentially the final production model, is expected to hit the Frankfurt Motor Show in September with minor tweaks.
The M5 Concept is a high-performance variant of the 5-Series, featuring a 4.4-litre twin-turbo engine from the X5M, generating around 600 horsepower. This power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a seven-speed M double-clutch transmission.
Externally, the Concept boasts an aggressive look with M-specific styling. It sports three front air intakes, an integrated rear diffuser, and a boot lip-spoiler. Dark alloy wheels complete the sporty appearance. However, the interior remains under wraps due to blacked-out windows, with details to be revealed later.
The BMW M5 Concept, with its powerful engine and sporty styling, is set to make waves at the Shanghai Motor Show. Fans can expect more details and possibly a few changes when it's officially unveiled in Frankfurt later this year.
