Blackbaud Unveils Major YourCause® CSR Platform Updates for Smarter Social Impact

Blackbaud has unveiled significant updates to its YourCause® CSR platform, empowering companies to track, measure, and communicate their social impact more effectively. The enhancements, to be showcased at bbcon 2025 in Philadelphia, include AI-driven tools for custom text translation, goal tracking, and data visualization.

The new Charity Discovery Tool, powered by Candid, enables CSR professionals to research nonprofits efficiently and make informed investment decisions. Meanwhile, AI-powered charts and graphs transform raw CSR data into dynamic visuals, demonstrating results effectively.

Blackbaud has also introduced AI translations for custom text within YourCause® CSRconnect® and an early adoption program for Form Intelligence in YourCause® GrantsConnect®. Custom goal tracking capabilities allow organizations to define success and track progress and outcomes precisely. Moreover, an integration with True Impact® brings predictive, outcome-based impact data into Impact Edge, providing real-time insights on the impact of CSR initiatives.

The new Groups dashboard and upcoming enhancements to the Giving Campaign dashboard spotlight high-performing groups and track fundraising performance, campaign success, and employee engagement trends. Impact Edge now features enhanced contextual understanding through Blackbaud AI, enabling users to ask natural-language questions and receive rich, narrative responses.
