Based in Irvine, CA, New York, NY, or remotely, the Growth team at Acorns is responsible for building and supporting customer onboarding and financial education services. The team promotes an operational centric, customer first culture and uses a technical stack that includes GraphQL, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, and various other AWS services.

The Sr. Software Engineer role on the Growth team includes responsibilities such as building and improving scalable services supporting onboarding and customer experiences, defining service evolution, and leading operational health across teams. Candidates should have strong backend engineering skills, enthusiasm for learning new technologies, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively.
