Asus to Release New Tablet Lineup, Focusing on Advanced Technology

Asus, a leading tech company known for its innovative products, is set to expand its tablet portfolio with the upcoming release of multiple tablet PCs. These new devices are expected to cater to a wide range of sizes, including 7, 9, 10, and 12 inches.

The 9-inch models are rumoured to be priced around $100 and are expected to run on the Android Operating System, powered by the ARM-based Nvidia Tegra 2 platform. The other sizes in the lineup, however, are yet to reveal their specific platforms.

The release dates for the new tablets are yet to be confirmed, but the 7 and 9-inch models are expected to be available in March 2011. The 12-inch model, which will be based on the Wintel platform, is slated for release next year.
