Rodeike explains, "For folks with disabilities, we aspire to gather all essential info for varying life scenarios in one spot. This drastically simplifies equal participation, aligning with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities."

The Inclusion Compass encompasses nine categories:1. Housing2. Transport (Car, Bus, Train)3. Healthcare, Personal Care, and Therapy4. Food, Sleep, Toilet facilities5. Leisure activities6. Education and Employment7. Contacts8. Assistive Devices9. Consultation and Clubs

Each entry includes a concise text (max. 1,000 characters), contact information, and up to four images. Entries can be categorized under multiple categories and different types of disabilities, enabling a provider to create several entries.

According to Rodeike, "The Inclusion Compass is poised for expansion. Listing services is free and user-friendly."
