The Galaxy A7 offers two battery options: an 8.5 kWh battery providing about 70 km electric-only range, and an 18.4 kWh battery delivering a longer 150 km electric-only range. The combined total range with fuel and electric power exceeds 2,100 km, which is outstanding for the segment. The A7 supports fast charging at 37 kW, charging 30% to 80% in 18 minutes for the larger battery variant.

Powering the Galaxy A7 is Geely’s EM-i AI Super Hybrid 2.0 (also known as Thor AI Smart Hybrid 2.0) system, which combines a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine (82 kW / 110 hp) with a powerful front electric motor rated at 175 kW (235 hp).
